1. Delivery Coverage
The platform supports international shipping covering Southeast Asia, Mainland China and its regions, Europe, Latin America and other major markets. Each merchant's actual coverage is shown on the product page.
2. Dispatch Time
Merchants shall dispatch orders within 3 business days after payment is confirmed (pre-sale items excepted). Delays may occur due to customs inspection, extreme weather or other force majeure events.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Southeast Asia: 5-10 business days
- Mainland China and its regions: 7-15 business days
- Europe / Latin America: 10-20 business days
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are set by each merchant based on destination and weight and are shown at checkout. Some merchants offer free shipping above a minimum order value.
5. Duties and Customs
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, VAT and other taxes, which are borne by the buyer and determined by the destination country/region's customs authorities.
6. Tracking and Receipt
After dispatch, you can track your parcel under "My Orders". Please inspect the package upon delivery; refuse damaged parcels and contact customer service promptly.
