Terms of Service
1. Nature of Service
This platform is a multi-merchant e-commerce marketplace: products are sold and fulfilled by third-party merchants, while we provide the platform technology, transaction facilitation, payment settlement and customer service coordination.
2. Account Registration
You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You shall provide true and accurate information when registering and keep your credentials safe. All actions under your account are deemed your own.
3. Merchant Conduct
Merchants shall ensure products are legally sourced, accurately described and dispatched on time, and shall comply with platform rules and consumer protection laws of the destination country/region. Violating merchants may be warned, suspended or removed.
4. Transactions and Payments
A purchase contract is formed between the buyer and the corresponding merchant once an order is placed and paid. The platform collects payments on behalf of merchants and settles with them periodically, minus the agreed commission.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform's design, trademarks and software are owned by us or the rightful owners. Copying, scraping or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
For product quality disputes, you may seek resolution under our Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
8. Updates
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
